It took many years of hard work, but Azzam Elder has finally reached the top: founding his own legal counsel firm. Rising up through the ranks since his graduation from Michigan State University College of Law in 1995, Azzam Elder proved himself every step of the way. His bosses when he was an associate knew that when they handed a case over to Azzam Elder, it would be done well and with care. No surprise that he is now one of the bosses himself.

In 2009, Crain's Detroit Business listed Azzam Elder among their 40 under 40 to watch in coming years. Living up to this expectation, Azzam Elder founded Halo–Bloom, LLC Business Advisors, and Investment Group and now has been named one of the Top Lawyers of 2014 by DBusiness.

Along the way, Azzam Elder has maintained a level of quality in all that he does. He does not shrink from the labor that is required in his work, the buckling down over court case documents and state code, long days and late hours. For all this work, Azzam Elder's colleagues and clients respect him and continue to look to him for counsel. Azzam Elder's integrity has won him a place of esteem in the Michigan field of law.

Azzam Elder’s side interests in health care and international law expanded his work to advising in these areas. Seeing the need to make his international law advising a more permanent part of his life, he founded Halo–Bloom, LLC Business Advisors, and Investment Group, which has clients both in the United States and abroad. His health care legal work is mostly state–bound, though, as Azzam Elder still likes to see his efforts go toward the benefit of his state, Michigan. It is advisable to continue to watch Azzam Elder in the coming years. He is not done gaining attention yet.
