Attorney Azzam Elder, founder of Halo–Bloom, LLC Business Advisors, and Investment Group, may spend a great deal of his time dealing with international law in his office in Dearborn, MI, but that does not mean he forgets which state he is proud to call home.

Instead of attending college and law school on the East Coast, as many do, Azzam Elder opted to stay in the Midwest, in Michigan. He attended University of Michigan for undergraduate, receiving his BA in 1992. From there, Azzam Elder went to Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated with his Jurist Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude in 1995. Then he chose to start his law practice there within his favorite state and has not left since.

Azzam Elder loves Michigan and does not want to leave. No matter how many business trips he takes elsewhere or international clients he helps who tell him stories of their homelands, Azzam Elder will remain a Michigander. These other places cannot compare to Michigan. Azzam Elder particularly loves the Great Lakes, which touch three sides of the state, and he regrets not being able to spend more time on or by.

With his legal counsel keeping him in business, Azzam Elder has had to find other ways to show his loyalty for his state. One of the most basic of these is simply that he continues to reside in Michigan and continues to provide counsel for Michiganders first and foremost. Michiganders take precedence for Azzam Elder. Azzam Elder understands Midwesterners and uses that to help them with their legal concerns. In turn, Midwesterners know they can trust Azzam Elder because he has time and again shown that he is a man of integrity, who is always professional and responsible in his dealings with them.
